Palace Residences Hillside

Payment plans
Paid in stages, from booking to handover.
An off-plan home is paid in instalments: a share on booking, more as the building rises, and the balance on handover. Every instalment goes into the project’s escrow account, and the sale is registered with the Dubai Land Department.
