Privacy policy

Who we are

This policy covers jamokaproperties.ae and the project pages on it. They are run by Jamoka Properties L.L.C. (“Jamoka Properties”, “we”), a real estate broker licensed in Dubai, RERA ORN 49679, Bayswater Tower, 8th and 11th floor, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We decide how the personal data you give us on these pages is used.

What we collect

When you send a form on one of our pages, we receive:

• your name, email address and mobile number, with its country code;
• the page you sent it from, including any campaign details in its address (for example utm or gclid tags), the project, what you asked for (such as a price list or floor plans) and the time.

To fill in your country code for you, the page asks country.is, a free lookup service, which country your internet address is in; it receives your IP address for that one lookup, and we keep only the country code you send us. When you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we receive what you choose to share. We never ask for passport details, payment details or passwords on these pages.

How we use it

• To reply to you and send what you asked for, such as the brochure, the price list or the floor plans.
• To advise you about that project and similar properties, by phone, WhatsApp or email. You agree to this when you send the form, and you can stop it at any time.
• If you decide to buy: to arrange viewings, the reservation and the registration with the developer and the authorities.
• To keep the records UAE law requires of a licensed broker, including anti-money-laundering checks.

Who we share it with

• Our own advisers.
• Companies that work for us under contract, such as our form-handling, customer-records, email and hosting providers. They may only use your data to provide that service.
• A project’s developer, when you ask us to register your interest or reserve a home with them.
• Authorities and regulators, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Where it is kept

Some of our providers may store data outside the UAE. When they do, we use providers that protect it to the standard UAE law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are in contact about property, and delete them within two years of our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer, for example the records of a purchase.

Cookies and your browser

Our pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies or tags. If we add one, for example to measure our Google or Meta advertising, we will update this policy before it goes live.

After you send a form, the page keeps your first name in your browser’s session storage, only to greet you on the thank-you page; it is cleared when you close the tab. Our fonts and pictures come from our own site. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which is run by WhatsApp LLC under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct it, or delete it;
• stop contacting you about properties: reply “stop” to any message, or email us;
• limit how we use it, or object to a use.

Write to info@jamokaproperties.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office.

Security

Our pages are served over an encrypted connection, and only our advisers and the providers above can reach your details.

Children

These pages are for adults buying property. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
